Lime-A-Way belongs firmly in that category. If you’ve ever battled stubborn limescale stains on taps, sinks or shower screens, the promise is right there in the name: lime, away.

For this campaign, we leaned into that same directness with a series of playful, creator-style spots designed to feel less like traditional advertising and more like genuine recommendations worth watching.

In a category crowded with polished demos and highly scripted cleaning ads, the challenge was to create work that felt authentic enough to stop people scrolling – without losing the brand in the process.

Our solution was a series of user-generated-style films built around relatable hard-water frustrations and the satisfying simplicity of Lime-A-Way’s results. The campaign balanced the immediacy and spontaneity of influencer content with clear product storytelling, ensuring the brand and its benefit stayed front and centre.

Across four executions, the work embraced a conversational, lo-fi aesthetic that felt native to social platforms while still delivering strong product demonstration and memorable brand attribution.

Designed for American audiences living in hard water areas, the campaign turned everyday cleaning pain points into entertaining, highly relatable content that proved sometimes the simplest promise is the most powerful.
